Family photos offer a visual link to your past, allowing you to make a bridge between past, present and future generations. Retaining these memories is important but photographs can become damaged or degrade over time and therefore become lost.
Photo restoration can offer a solution, effectively giving a new lease of life to the image and preserving it for future generations.
I can offer restoration, enhancement and enlargement of images as well as digitisation of photos and negatives. All photos are individually repaired on a print by print basis.
Costs are based on the amount of work needed:
• Basic - enhancement such as brightening, sharpening etc. £15
• Medium - enhancement and minor repairs (removal of blemishes and small marks) £25
• Major - repairs removal of tears, large blemishes and some rebuilding £35
Even if you think a photo is beyond repair it may be possible to save it.
I will confirm the cost before starting work so you will know the final amount. A 6x4” print is included in the cost.
It is recommended that you send images by Recorded Delivery and I will return them by the same method. Alternatively I can collect and return items for a small mileage cost locally.
